Yoel Rivera leads Ultimate Solutions, a provider of packaging and technology solutions. Its offerings include integrated packaging industrial automation, serialization, validation, regulatory compliance, and more for the life sciences industry. A long-term Systech partner, Ultimate has delivered serialization implementations worldwide. Yoel plans to continue exporting Ultimate Solutions services to new markets in the United States, Europe, and South America, incorporating new technologies within Industry 4.0. The company headquarters are in Puerto Rico, with offices in Spain and the United States. Yoel was earlier named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association. He is an industrial engineer and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.

Joe Lipari is responsible for the Systech serialization, traceability, and brand protection product suite. He has successfully expanded Systech's cloud-based traceability platform to include end-to-end supply chain use cases, deploying an intelligent data layer to harvest and visualize critical packaging data and creating comprehensive, connected product roadmaps. Joe has expertise in packaging and serialization based on engineering and deploying solutions for global pharmaceutical companies. In addition, he has extended his packaging and supply chain experience in engineering and management roles in the life sciences and consumer goods sectors. He has spoken at many industry events, and his expertise is relied on by many trade publications and journals. Joe holds a BS in Computer Science / Info Systems from Stockton University.

Steve Tallant delivers strategic marketing content while supporting market identification and development at Systech. He has been published repeatedly, including thought leadership industry journal articles, white papers, and blogs. Steve has also been a media spokesperson for Systech solutions, handling radio and television segments on brand protection and traceability and several print interviews. He also has worked in the Systech product management team, gaining a rich grasp of the company’s cutting-edge software technologies. Steve holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. He is also a frequent guest lecturer and panelist for the Information Technology department of the Villanova School of Business.
