Yoel plans to continue exporting Ultimate Solutions services to new markets in the United States, Europe, and South America, incorporating new technologies within Industry 4.0. The company headquarters are in Puerto Rico, with offices in Spain and the United States. Yoel was earlier named Entrepreneur of the Year by the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association. He is an industrial engineer and graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus.

Joe has expertise in packaging and serialization based on engineering and deploying solutions for global pharmaceutical companies. In addition, he has extended his packaging and supply chain experience in engineering and management roles in the life sciences and consumer goods sectors. He has spoken at many industry events, and his expertise is relied on by many trade publications and journals. Joe holds a BS in Computer Science / Info Systems from Stockton University.
